The bill (Reg. No.8362), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, introduces a new type of military service - call-up liability in the special period.
The provisions of the bills connected with the introduction of a new type of military service - call-up liability in the special period should be harmonized with the Laws "On Defense in Ukraine" and "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization." The legal regime of a new military service type shall be specified.
